Who operates this store

DigitalBay64 is operated by Carlos Ziade as a sole proprietor. DigitalBay64 is the trading brand used on this website; it is not presented as a separately registered company. Contact the seller at digitalbay64@gmail.com for product, access, and order support.

Products and prices

The marketplace offers individually priced digital goods, including motion graphics templates, AI agent workflows and automations, ComfyUI workflows, and software resources. Each listing describes its key features and deliverables. Check the listing for included files, compatibility, required third-party software, and any product-specific license before purchase. No subscription is included unless a future listing and checkout explicitly say otherwise.

The product price is shown on the listing. The final amount, currency, and any applicable taxes are displayed at Paddle checkout before you confirm payment. You can leave checkout and correct your basket before paying.

Checkout and merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for our orders and handles payment processing, buyer payment support, and returns. Your purchase through Paddle is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy. An order is complete only after Paddle confirms the transaction.

Delivery and access

After a confirmed transaction, DigitalBay64 sends a product download link to the email used at checkout. Paddle sends the payment receipt separately. Download links may expire for security; email digitalbay64@gmail.com with your order reference if delivery fails or you need help accessing a purchase.

Permitted use and ownership

Unless a product listing or included license specifies different rights, a purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to use that product in your own projects. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property does not transfer. Do not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the original files as a standalone product. Third-party software or services needed to use a product have their own terms and may require separate access or fees.

Refunds and consumer rights

Please review our Refund Policy before purchase. Refund and withdrawal requests for Paddle transactions can be made through Paddle buyer support or by contacting us. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Site use and changes

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, or use the products unlawfully. We may update listings, prices, or these terms for future orders. The terms available when you place an order govern that order, subject to applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where permitted.

Sandbox testing

Checkout is currently configured for Paddle sandbox testing. Test transactions are simulated and do not create real charges or purchases. These terms are prepared for the store’s eventual live operation; live payments will begin only after the required setup and verification are complete.
