Refund and withdrawal rights
Purchases processed by Paddle are covered by Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy. Refunds are generally not automatic for a change of mind after digital delivery, but Paddle may approve a refund and local law may give you a withdrawal, refund, repair, or other remedy. Your mandatory rights always apply. Review Paddle’s current policy for the rules that apply in your country and to your purchase.
How to request help or a refund
For a refund or withdrawal request, use Paddle buyer support at paddle.net, or email digitalbay64@gmail.com so we can help identify the order and product issue. Please include the order email, transaction reference if available, and a short explanation. Never send a full card number, password, or secret credential by email.
Problems with a digital product
Contact us if a download link is missing or broken, a file cannot be accessed, or the product is materially different from its description. We can investigate and, when appropriate, restore access or provide a corrected file. A repair or replacement does not remove any remedy provided by applicable law or Paddle’s policy.
Approved refunds
Paddle decides and processes refunds for transactions it handles. Where possible, approved refunds go to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle and your payment provider. Access to a refunded product may end when the refund is completed.
One-time purchases and testing
Products currently listed on DigitalBay64 are intended as one-time purchases, with no recurring renewal. Checkout is currently in Paddle sandbox mode: test transactions do not charge real money and do not qualify as real purchases or refunds.
