Privacy Policy
Carlos Ziade operates DigitalBay64 as a sole proprietor. This policy describes how the store handles personal information when you browse, sign in, contact us, or place an order.

Information we collect
We may receive your email address and account information when you sign in, and your name or other details if you choose to provide them. We record order identifiers, purchased products, payment status, and download access so we can fulfill orders and provide support. Our hosting and security services may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser details, and request logs. If you email us, we receive your message and contact details.
Payments and Paddle
Paddle operates checkout as merchant of record and processes payment and billing information under its own buyer terms and privacy notice. DigitalBay64 receives the transaction and customer information needed to fulfill purchases and handle support; we do not store full payment-card numbers. While the store uses Paddle sandbox, test transactions are simulated.
Why we use information
- To provide accounts, confirm orders, deliver download links, and answer support requests.
- To secure the site, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot technical problems.
- To maintain necessary transaction records and meet applicable legal obligations.
Providers and sharing
We use Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for account and store data, Cloudflare R2 and Supabase Storage for digital assets, Resend for transactional email, and Paddle for checkout and payment support. These providers may process information to perform their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and local storage
Sign-in and dashboard features use cookies needed for authentication and security. The basket uses your browser’s local storage to remember selected products. We do not currently describe the site as using advertising cookies or behavioral advertising. If those tools are added, this policy and any required consent choices should be updated before use.
Retention and security
We retain account, order, and support information for as long as needed to operate the store, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods may differ by record type and provider. We use access controls and other reasonable security measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and contact
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. Email digitalbay64@gmail.com to make a request or ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where the law requires it. For information processed by Paddle as merchant of record, you can also contact Paddle directly through its buyer support and privacy channels.
International processing and updates
Our providers may process information outside your country, subject to their applicable safeguards and terms. We will update this page if our practices materially change; the date above shows when this version was last updated.
